Before you reach out
Buying or renewing? There's no checkout on the site — message me and I'll send you a key to redeem under Have a Key? on the sign-in page.
Didn't get a verification email? Check your spam/junk folder first — that's the most common cause.
Accounts keep disconnecting? Say how many accounts you're running and through which proxy. DonutSMP limits how many accounts can be online from one IP address, and that's the usual cause.
Lost your license key? Include the email address you signed up with.
Response time
This is a small, independently-run service — support is handled personally, not by a team. Most messages get a reply within a day. Premium subscribers get priority — mention it in your message and you'll get bumped up the queue.
