Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of DonutAFK (the "Service"). By creating an account, redeeming a license key, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What DonutAFK is

DonutAFK provides account-automation tooling for the third-party Minecraft server DonutSMP, including AFK farming, automated selling, and related account management features. DonutAFK is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Mojang, Microsoft, or DonutSMP.

2. Third-party platform risk

The Service interacts with a third-party game server whose own rules we don't control. Using automation tools may violate DonutSMP's terms of service or in-game policies, and could result in a warning, restriction, or ban of the Minecraft account(s) used, independent of anything DonutAFK does. You're responsible for understanding and accepting that risk before using the Service. DonutAFK is not responsible for any action taken against your Minecraft account by DonutSMP or any other third party.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your username, password, and license key confidential. Anything that happens under your credentials is your responsibility.
A license key is single-use and tied to one account.
You must provide a real, working email address. It's used for account recovery and important notices, and isn't shared with anyone else.
Accounts are for the person who created them. Don't share login credentials for a paid account with people it wasn't purchased for.

4. Payment and subscriptions

Plans are arranged directly with the owner. There is no automated checkout in the Service: once payment is agreed and received, you are issued a licence key to redeem.
Prices, tiers, and included features may change going forward; changes won't retroactively alter a period you've already paid for.
Payments are non-refundable once a plan is active, except where required by law or at the owner's discretion.
If payment for a further period isn't arranged by your renewal date, access may be paused or downgraded until it is.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to abuse, exploit, or interfere with DonutSMP, other players, or the Service's own infrastructure.
Attempt to circumvent account limits, payment requirements, or feature restrictions tied to your plan.
Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without authorization.
Use the Service for anything illegal under the laws that apply to you.

Violating this section may result in suspension or termination without a refund.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Features, uptime, and account capacity may change, and the Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control (including DonutSMP outages, API changes, or hosting issues).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee any particular earnings, uptime, or outcome from using the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DonutAFK and its owner aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of in-game currency, items, or account access, whether caused by DonutAFK, DonutSMP, or any other third party. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim arose.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; subscriptions don't auto-cancel on their own and should be discontinued by simply not renewing.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
